January 20th 2018 - Lone Cone is located in gorgeous Norwood, Colorado just outside of Telluride in the San Juan Mountains. The Lone Cone Fat Bike Challenge is a self-supported backcountry endurance fat bike race. The route is 25 miles long with 2500 feet elevation gain on freshly groomed snowmobile trails.
