48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a credit card number that we will only charge if you do not call to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental. If you fail to do so, we will bill your card for each day of the reservation. After calling, you will need to e-mail us, more than 48 hours in advance. If you are attempting to make a reservation within 24-72 hours of pick up, please call the shop to speak to a floor person.

A rental “day” is 8am to 5pm (9am-5pm Winter months). Bikes can be picked up any time after 8am on the first day of your rental and must be dropped off before 5:00 pm on the last day of your rental. When you pick up your bikes, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver. All riders will need to be present.  The rider over 18, whose name is on the reservation as the main person, will need to present a valid ID and credit card at the time of rental and upon arrival to pick up the bikes. You will be charged for the bicycles at time of pick-up.

Your rental must be paid in full before leaving the shop. Each rider must be present for a brief safety instruction and orientation on the use of the rental equipment.
